Satish and Anne Sanan founded Padua Stables in 1997 with the purchase of their first 6 yearlings.  In early 1998 they purchased their farm in Ocala, FL and have focused on realizing their dreams of winning Grade 1 races across the country ever since.  Padua Stables owned Breeder’s Cup and Eclipse Award Champion Vindication and Breeder’s Cup winners Cash Run and Cajun Beat. They have had 2 previous runners in the Kentucky Derby with Exchange Rate in 2000 and Quinton’s Gold Rush in 2004.  The dreams and visions of Padua Stables continue to be realized with both Curlin and Any Given Saturday entered in the 2007 Kentucky Derby.  Padua Stables is also making dreams a reality with it’s breeding program, with stallions Vindication and Yes It’s True in Kentucky and stallions Exchange Rate, Proud Accolade, Delaware Township, Pico Central and Snow Ridge at their farm in Ocala, as well as breeding the world record selling $16 Million two year old The Green Monkey.
